Since then the group has grown into a 7 piece juggernaut of old timey ska, languid rocksteady, funky-punky reggae and smoked out dub delighting dancers and drinkers, smokers and thinkers across the cincinnati area, we have opened the cincy punk fest, we have closed the cincy ska fest, we have been nominated for a CEA 'best world music', we are seven men on a mission...holding down the harrrrdest riddim section in cincinnati; TIM HALL, the baddest kit drummer this side of sergio leone, a mystic with a hotline to the sacred space between the heart and the mind; JEFF RICKELS, keeper of the time, rollin those djembe beats, driving the pious to heights of sexual frenzy, and the sinful into bouts of riotous madness; MICHAEL FELGER, groovin the bass guitar, fatter than a mack truck, smoother than Pele` on an acid trip; that swingin skank section made up of the brothers DUBWORTH; the AX, pummeling the keys with an unbridled lust, tiptoeing that fine, oh-so-human line between bliss and utter catastrophe; and the J, guitar player, anarchist, lighter of fires and singer of songs; and extolling the melodies of the daemons, and the harmonies of the angels, the horn section; CHAP SOWASH, with a high flying trombone, defying equilibrium and the earthly bonds of mere mortals, BRAIN GILRONAN, the prophetic saxaphone, calling forth righteous hedonism or a crucialist kind.......every spoil a style...
